AABR Boxer

Ralph came into AABR 2 and 1/2 years ago. I went to pick him up and he stole my heart immediately. I thank rescue for allowing me to keep this wonderful soul in my life. He didn't ask for much, just some food, water, love and a warm place to curl up and snore as loud as he possibly could. Even when it was hard for him to walk or even hold his head up he still pushed himself to be by my side. He was my protector, my friend and I don't know what his life was before rescue but he will always be my King Ralph. We will miss you dearly old boy and we will never forget you. Rest in peace

Hello, My name is Ralph. I know I don't look as colorful as a young brindle or fawn Boxer and that is because I am a wise, old beautiful gray Boxer boy that is way beyond those little puppy antics (they can be so energetic, cant they?). I already know most of the rules. I don't go in the house, I don't chew on anything, I walk great on a leash, I don't mind sharing my food and I am just all around a good old boy.

My foster sisters, Casey the beagle and Roxanne the Boxer don't let just any dog in their house, but they don't mind me at all because I am so gentle with them. In fact, I think Roxanne has a crush on me so I let her boss me around a little. My foster family just loves having me around since I am so calm, quiet and gentle. Well, I do snore a little but who doesn't once and awhile. They bathed me and cleaned me up and now my beautiful gray just shines. I love the kids I live with, they are 13 and 14 and I kiss them all over!

I have been to the vet and have had all of my shots and am up to date on everything. All I need now is my forever home with people that can love me and I can love them and share all of my boxer wiggles and kisses in return!

Ralph is a good old Boxer boy who was abandoned at a kill shelter so his owners could go out and get a puppy.

We know he is good with other dogs and friendly and laid back. He is already neutered and just looking for his forever home!
