Lenny is great at the Boxer wiggle! You should see his
little stub go. He has started to gain weight and is looking better every
day. He will be one of the most handsome Boxers around once he gains
another 10 pounds or so. He takes treats ever so gently, never touching
your fingers. He is a real gentleman on the leash. No pulling and he
always looks back up to you as it to say "Am I doing OK? Is this how you do
it?". Since Lenny spent his whole life in a cage outside so he looks to you
for confirmation for all that is new to him. Lenny can run like the wind!
This gentleman needs tons of love and he needs to make up for the years he
spent in a cage with little to no human contact. I nick named him "love
sponge". Lenny is crate trained and is very well behaved in his crate. He
has had no accidents in the crate. He gets along perfectly with my 2
females and 1 male Boxer. He has been a delight to foster but he really
needs to get into his forever home so that he knows he belongs to someone
very gentle and very loving FOREVER. Lenny deserves humans that will give
him the best forever home where he can curl up beside you on the couch and
feel you next to him. Just look into those beautiful brown eyes and you
will see a Boxer that will be your loyal companion for life! If you are the

Lenny
Lenny is a sweet fellow that is just
soaking up all the love he can get. Lenny and his brother Squiggy lived
outside their entire lives. Lenny has a little frost bite on one ear to
prove the humans never let him come in to get warm. The humans dumped Lenny
(and Sqiggy) at the shelter 3 days before Christmas. They obviously did not
care what kind of Christmas these 2 sweethearts had. When the staff (who
were the best) brought them out to me they looked up with those big brown
eyes as if to say "someone will love us, I just know it" They never took
their eyes off of me. They had hope all over their sweet mush faces! They
jumped into my truck and slept the entire way to the vet. Once at the vet I
had to wake they up! Once there, they received shots, a physical and were
wormed. The boys will be neutered right after Christmas. Right now, they
are in a loving kennel where they have gotten a warm bubble bath, nails
trimmed and for the first time get to sleep in a warm place on a toasty
blanket. They are eating high quality food mixed with ground turkey and
scrambled eggs. Lenny and Squiggy need to gain several pounds. Their ribs,
hip bones and back bones are all visible right now...but not for long!!
They are beautiful handsome gentlemen. They can be adopted separately to
the best humans ever that are willing to have patience while they adapt to
living in doors. If you have enough love to give one of these sweet love
