My wife and I adopted Annabelle (Princess) from Dawn in September of 1998.
We had been married for three months at the time. I picked her up
from Dawn's house in Scranton and Annabelle was so nervous riding home in
my pickup truck. She soon got over her initial nervousness and
became very accustomed to being the center of attention.
Eleven years, three children, and three
houses later- Annabelle was still going strong. Unfortunately,
Annabelle passed away on November 20th, 2009. She is
buried on a sunny hillside overlooking our farm and the family that loves
and misses her.
